Damaged or faulty? We will happily replace it. Because these are beauty products, we can’t take back items you simply no longer want.

- Reported within 3 days of receiving, with a video

- Sale items and gift cards
- Items you no longer want
How to claim a replacement

Your name, order number or receipt, and videos of the damaged product.
- 3We replace it
Once approved, your replacement is on its way.
Handmade, so each is unique
All our items are handmade. Small differences between pieces are normal, are not a fault, and do not affect the overall look.
