Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we DO NOT offer refunds OR exchanges on items that you simply no longer want. If you receive an item damaged or faulty we will be happy to exchange or refund this for you.
To be eligible for a return, Defective or Damaged items must be reported within 3 days after receiving. To start the return process, Please email us at [email protected] with your name, order number, and photos/videos of the damaged product(s).
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that a return label is not provided or reimbursed and any outbound shipping charge is NON REFUNDABLE.
You will be notified once we’ve received your return. Your product(s) will be examined for usage / damage. If approved, a refund will be issued. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Please note that all our items are hand made, and unique. There may be some differences in products, this is not considered a fault, and should not affect the overall look of the product.
Incorrect Address:
If you provide an incorrect address at the time of purchase and your order has already been shipped, we are not responsible for any delay/non-receipt of package due to your error. Any issue with delivery must be taken up with the shipping carrier.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like eyelash adhesives, Eyeliner, Bond, Sealants. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
